Kate & Alex

Kate & Alex

Kate and Alex’s winter wonderland wedding is a story written in ice, love, and tradition. It was in the ice chapel that their story came full circle. Last year, Alex proposed in the very same space where they would later exchange their vows, transforming a place of wonder into a place of legacy. Their wedding was both intimate and cinematic, set within sculpted ice walls, glowing candlelight, and crystalline textures. A celebration that felt ethereal, emotional, and timeless in one of the most extraordinary wedding venues in Quebec City.

Kate’s love for Christmas was at the heart of the design, but in a way that felt refined, intentional, and far from the expected red-and-green clichés. For them, the holidays mean warmth, generosity, and abundance. Long tables filled with beautiful food, shared with the people they love most. That vision shaped the entire table design: a lush base of coniferous greens layered with berries and dried fruits, creating a rich, organic composition that evoked both winter forest elegance and festive abundance. The sweet table became a true sensory experience, featuring a luxurious hot chocolate station with whipped cream, crushed candy cane, marshmallows, chocolate shavings, and delicate toppings: an invitation to linger, indulge, and savour the moment. It was Christmas, reimagined: elegant, elevated, generous, and deeply emotional, festive without excess, magical without cliché, and perfectly aligned with their story.
